The honor is based on nearly four million reviews collected from OpenTable diners for over 10,000 restaurants in the United States. Mez features a world-class dining experience that includes a movie theater where guests can enjoy fresh cuisine with the latest films; a lounge where the drinks and the food are creative and contemporary; and two modern dining rooms.

Mez Hosts Fundraiser for the Community Culinary School of Charlotte December 2nd, 2009 Posted by Hunter Wilson

On Monday, Dec. 7, Mez at the Epicentre will host a fundraising event for the Community Culinary School of Charlotte (CCSC) from 5 to 8 p.m. that includes drinks and light bites, a silent auction and raffle. Auction items up for grabs include hotel stays at some of the city’s premier destinations and private catered dinners by the CCSC staff. Raffle prizes include rounds of golf at Cedarwood Country Club, cooking classes and kitchen equipment. The admission price for the event is only $25 and includes food and beverages.

Cranberry Collins: Everyday Drinker November 30th, 2009 Posted by Hunter Wilson

Don't go too far, the days after Thanksgiving are for leftovers! We're utilizing the cranberry essence once again to create the Cranberry Collins. It's a slightly sour style cocktail, a bit different than normal, but tasty and gin-tastic once again!

We're using Bombay Sapphire to create this well thought out recipe of simplicity meets flavor.
